Mental Health & Wellbeing

This year we have used the #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek campaign to deliver direct toolbox talks to all our staff and site teams. In total, we were able to reach out to 58 of our team members (staff and sub-contractors), holding 2 extended presentations on site and 2 using Teams for our colleagues in Nottingham. Using the approved toolbox talk from the Lighthouse Club - Lighthouse Club - The Construction Industry Charity we were able to look at ways of identifying our colleagues who may be struggling and give hints and tips on how to signpost for support.
This compliments the work we are currently developing with new polices and procedures for mental health and wellbeing, and is additional to our employee assistance programme for every member of staff.
