Senior Quantity Surveyor
The role will involve preparation of cost plans and estimates, undertaking the procurement of projects from start to finish including the preparation of tender documentation, managing work packages post-contract, including change control and valuation, progress valuations, cost reports and final accounts, with plenty of liaison with other managers to ensure efficient financial control.
Working closely with our Directors, the role would also provide cost advice and reporting to our valued clients, conducting tender analysis for subcontractor appointments and data capture for benchmarking and future cost plans.
We are looking for a team player who can assume a leadership role, setting objectives and priorities, and taking an active role in growing and developing our commercial team.
