We are delighted to announce the successful completion and handover of 12 new affordable homes in Penygraig, Rhondda Cynon Taf, delivered on behalf of Cynon Taf Housing Association.
The development provides a mix of high-quality one and two-bedroom apartments and a Bungalow, helping to meet the growing demand for affordable, energy-efficient homes within the local community.
From the outset, our team worked closely with Cynon Taf Housing Association, consultants and the wider project team to deliver a development that not only provides much-needed housing but also creates a safe, attractive and sustainable place for residents to call home.
