This week, Ben and Rachel set off bright and early (very early!) for London to attend the RLO Event, joining Resident Liaison Officers and construction professionals from across the UK who specialise in fire remediation and cladding projects. After an early start and a long journey, they finally made it to the capital, ready for a busy and insightful day.

The event brought together RLOs from all over the country, giving everyone the chance to share experiences, discuss the unique challenges of working on occupied fire remediation and cladding projects, and exchange ideas on how we can continue to deliver the best possible experience for residents. It was a great reminder that while every project is different, we're all working towards the same goal: keeping residents informed, supported, and at the heart of everything we do.

There were plenty of opportunities to network throughout the day, catch up with familiar faces, and make some new connections. It's always valuable to hear how others approach resident engagement and to take away ideas that can make a real difference on our own projects.

And, of course, no event would be complete without a bit of friendly competition! We're delighted to say Ben and Rachel did us proud by winning the RLO Quiz, proving that all that industry knowledge really does pay off.

A huge thank you to the organisers for putting together such a fantastic event. It was a brilliant day from start to finish, and our team came away with new ideas, new contacts, and plenty of inspiration to bring back to our projects.
