Logistics and Design for Cardiff Development Project
The site is situated in a well-populated area of Cardiff close to the city centre. A detailed site logistics plan was required, to consider the steel frame erection and materials storage. The proposed design is robust and consists of a steel frame system with external brick work. The proposed design is in accordance with the Welsh Government 'Development Quality Requirements' (DQR) and 'Secured by Design'. The project consists of 8 Nr. 2B3P and 27 Nr. 1B2P flats. The project was completed in May 2024 for Cardiff Community Housing Association.
About the project
