Our Heddfan project is located within Rhydfelin, Pontypridd and is a redevelopment project to provide new homes for our client Hafod Housing www.hafod.org.uk. The site was previously a 1960’s office block within a principally residential area. The building became surplus to requirements in 2018 and planning permission was granted to turn the site into a mixed scheme of 35 residential units, including one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom bungalows and two and three-bedroom houses. A number of the units were adapted to specific needs. This project was completed in June 2023.
