The proposed scheme comprises of the demolition of the former Porth Junior school building followed by the design & construction of 6 Nr. 2B4P split level houses & 9 Nr. 1B2P general needs flats together with drainage works, service connections, including adoptions required to provide a fully completed development. Work on site commenced in August 2023 with a completion date of October 2024
